Matthews Windrush is a strong white bread flour for bakers, made from wheat flour originating from Germany and/or the UK, singly or as a blend, and fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3) and thiamin (B1).
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight and strong odours, in a well-ventilated area protected from pests; supplied in a 16 kg bag.
