Starmalt colouring barley malt is a malt-based colouring agent for darkening bakery doughs.
Its sole ingredient is barley malt, and the product is manufactured in the European Union. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store in a dry, cool place away from foreign odours; shelf life unopened is 15 months from the date of production, and it is supplied as a 25 kg pack.
