Description
Uldo Dark Barley Malt Extract is a dark malt extract made from barley malt, ground barley grain and water, used in bakeries as a malt extract and colouring agent.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store in dry, well-ventilated rooms at a maximum of 25 °C and relative humidity of up to 75 %; shelf life unopened is 18 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 14 kg container.
