Malmon Dark Rolled Rye Malt Flakes are dark rolled flakes of malted rye, a malt ingredient for bakery use; the ingredients are rye and water, and the product originates from Estonia.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal and kosher. Store in a dry place at 4–25 °C and maximum 65% humidity, reclosing the packaging properly after every opening; shelf life unopened is 12 months from the date of production, and it is sold in a 25 kg pack.
