Description
Claro Gel is a glaze supplied as a yellow powder with a sweet, fruity taste, packed in a 10 kg poly bag in a carton.
Its main ingredients are sugar, acidity regulators (sodium citrates, citric acid, potassium citrates), gelling agents (carrageenan, pectins) and thickeners (locust bean gum, gum arabic). May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts. Store dry and sealed in the original packaging at 20 °C, away from freezing, heat and direct sunlight; unopened shelf life is 720 days.
