Water, sugar and glucose syrup lead the ingredients, set with gelling agent E440 and thickener E410. Contains: sulphites. Store in a cool place below 25 °C; shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture in the closed original packaging, and the glaze is sold in 13 kg packs.
