Eco Trade Alabama Chocolate Cake Concentrate, a chocolate-flavoured cake concentrate for bakery cake and sponge production.

It is based on sugar, wheat flour and reduced-fat cocoa powder, with wheat starch, palm fat, egg powder and whey powder, and raised with E 500. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and relative humidity of max. 75 %; shelf life unopened 12 months; sold in 25 kg packs.
