Description
Zeelandia Quarkini Buttermilk is a complete, water-add mix for producing light, deep-fried mini dough balls (Quarkini) with a delicate, soft crumb and a subtly tangy buttermilk-and-quark character.
It needs only the addition of water before frying, giving bakeries consistent, high-volume batches with minimal labour and no unstable fresh-quark handling. The golden fritters can be finished with a dusting of sugar, glazed, or filled with creams and fruit compotes for sweet pastry and dessert counters. Supplied in a 25 kg bag.
