Belnap Apricot Fruit Glaze from Dawn Foods is a fruit glaze for finishing bakery products.
Its main ingredients are glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water and apricot purée (2%), with amidated pectin, carrageenan and xanthan gum as gelling agents. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and halal and kosher certified. Store in a cool and dry place; unopened shelf life is 12 months. Supplied in a 14 kg bucket.
