Description

Komplet Probody is a bread mix for seeded loaves and rolls, built on wheat protein, soya flour, brown and golden linseed, sunflower seeds, soya meal and sesame, with wholemeal spelt wheat flour and apple fibre.

It provides 36.5 g of protein per 100 g. Contains: cereals containing gluten, sesame, soya. May contain: eggs, lupin, milk, nuts. Store sealed in a dry place, optimally up to 18 °C and at most 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 364 days, and it comes in a 25 kg bag.
