Description
AKO Keksik Fruit Cake Concentrate is a dry mix for producing fruit cakes, based on wheat flour and sugar with wheat starch, an aerating agent (emulsifiers E472a, E472b, milk powder), raising agents (E450, E500) and thickener E415.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. May contain: eggs, lupin, sesame, soya. Store in a dry, cool place on clean wooden pallets at least 10 cm from the wall; shelf life unopened is up to 6 months from the date of production; supplied in a 10 kg pack.
