Irca Chococream Pistachio is a sweet filling for bakery and patisserie use, made with 15% pistachios on a base of vegetable fat (palm), sugar and skimmed milk powder, with whey powder, lactose, soya lecithin and flavours.
Contains: milk, nuts, soya. Store at a maximum of 20 °C; shelf life at least 15 months in the original package. Supplied in a 5 kg pack.
