Zeelandia Beza Bianca is a powdered meringue mix for pastry and dessert work, made from sugar and egg white powder with a thickener (E466), an acidity regulator (E330), salt and flavouring.
Contains: eggs. May contain: cereals containing gluten, milk, sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry, at a humidity of up to 75 %; unopened shelf life is 180 days from the date of manufacture. Sold in a 10 kg bag.
