Ingredients

| Water* (temperature at least 70 °C) | 1000 g |
Method
Mix all ingredients on high speed for about 8 minutes (using a whisk).
Pipe the meringues and bake (dry) at about 100-120 °C for about 75 minutes (drying time depends on the batch weight).
