Forbake Lithuanian Dark Rye Malt is a dark rye malt for bakery use from the Malt Extracts & Colouring Agents range.
The only ingredient is rye malt, and the product is manufactured in the European Union. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store in a dry, cool place (humidity max. 65 %, 4–25 °C) away from foreign odours; shelf life 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored as recommended; supplied in a 25 kg bag.
