Crunchycover Coating Sauce is a bakery coating sold in 6 kg packs in Dark Chocolate with Orange, Milk Chocolate with Biscuits and White Chocolate Mocha.
All three are based on sugar and palm and sunflower fat with whey and skimmed milk powder. Contains: milk; Milk Chocolate with Biscuits also contains cereals containing gluten, eggs. May contain: nuts, soya; Dark Chocolate with Orange also cereals containing gluten. Store at 18 – 22 °C in an odourless place, not in the fridge; shelf life unopened is 12 months (6 months for White Chocolate Mocha).
