Ingredients

| Zeelandia American Muffin Mix 25 kg | 1000 g |
| Oil | 300 g |
| Water | 450 g |
| Blue poppy seeds | 100 g |
Method
Mix all ingredients except the poppy seeds on low speed for about 5 minutes using a flat beater.
Add the poppy seeds and mix until thoroughly combined.
Deposit the batter into tulip paper cases (about 100 g per piece).
Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes (do not overbake).
