Method
- Muffin
Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 5 minutes using a flat beater. Deposit the batter into tulip paper cases (about 100 g per piece).
- Baked Apple
Deposit the baked apple onto the surface of the muffins (about 25 g per piece). Bake at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
Decoration: decorate as desired.
