Method
Preheat your oven to 160°C.
Mix the Macphie Lemon Sensation® with 250g oil and 350g water in a mixing bowl on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape the bowl down, then mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Repeat with the Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation®.
Place the mixes into 2 separate lined baking trays and spread out to 0.5cm in thickness. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked.
Allow to cool before trimming. With a large heart cutter, cut out 2-3 heart shapes from each sponge. Cut the heart shapes directly in half.
Assemble the cake by piping the Macphie Rainbow Frosting Strawberry Flavour between layers of the lemon sponge and the Macphie Rainbow Frosting Chocolate between the chocolate orange sponge, building the layers up.
Decorate with various Valentine's confectionery, frozen fruits and brownie pieces.
