Jelly with fruit

| Redcurrants | 400 g |
| Raspberries | 400 g |
| Blueberries (American blueberries) | 200 g |

Method
- Base
Mix all ingredients on medium speed for about 4 minutes using a flat beater.

Spread the batter into a frame of about 40 × 60 cm.

Bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes.

Leave to cool.
- Jelly with fruit
Drain the mandarins of their syrup.
- Jelly with fruit
Dissolve the jelly in hot, boiled water and leave to cool.

Add the washed and dried fruit to the thickening jelly.

Spread the mixture evenly over the base.

Leave until the jelly has fully set.
Decoration: decorate as desired.
