Method

  1. Sponge 1

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Spread the batter into two frames of about 40 x 60 cm.

  2. Sponge 2

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Pipe the batter onto the Kukułka sponges (using a piping bag) in strips (about 400 g each). Then drag the strips with a knife or a toothpick to give them a wavy shape. Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool.

  3. Cream

Whip the chilled cream. Dissolve Zeesan thoroughly in the water. Add the whipped cream in portions and mix gently until combined. Spread the cream evenly on one sponge placed in a frame, press down with the second sponge made from Kukułka and Family Cake. Chill.

  4. Gel

Mix the Paletta Cold gently (do not aerate) and spread it over the surface of the cake.

  5. Decoration: Decorate as desired.
