Method

  1. Sponge

Mix all ingredients on medium speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Pour the finished batter onto a 60x40 cm tray and spread evenly. Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Cool.

  2. Cream

Whip the chilled cream. Combine the whipped cream with the cheesecake curd cheese and Soft Krem. Mix on high speed (using a whisk) until the ingredients are combined. Spread the mass evenly over the cooled sponge. Chill.

  3. Cherry jelly

Dissolve the jelly in hot water and pour into plastic moulds. Chill. Cut into cubes and arrange on the cream.

  4. Lemon jelly

Dissolve the jelly in hot water, pour off 1200 g and pour into a plastic mould, chill. Cut into cubes and arrange on the cream. Pour the second part of the jelly, about 2400 g, into a plastic mould, chill and cut into large cubes; set aside for later.

  5. Gooseberry jelly

Dissolve the jelly in hot water and pour into plastic moulds. Chill. Cut into cubes and arrange on the cream.

  6. Neutral jelly

Dissolve the jelly in hot water and cool. Pour the setting jelly over the cut jellies. Then arrange the remaining large cubes of lemon jelly on top.
