Method
Mix the KOMPLET Saftbinder dry with the KOMPLET Soft-Sand mix, add the remaining ingredients (except the fruit) and beat in the machine until smooth. Add the fruit at the end. Pour the batter into the tin.
Decorate the finished cake as desired, e.g. with KOMPLET Neuschenee decorating sugar, couverture or KOMPLET Kiddy Gel.
