GIL Strawberry in Gel is a strawberry fruit filling in gel for bakery use.
Strawberries from Poland, Ukraine and Egypt are the first ingredient, followed by water, sugar and modified starch. May contain: sulphites. Store in a dark, closed warehouse at 5–25 °C and approximately 75 % humidity; the shelf life is 6 months. It has a sweet-and-sour taste and is supplied in a 12 kg bucket.
