Description
Helcom roasted fruit fillings are fruit preparations for bakery filling work, each made with 50 % fruit – raspberries, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, peaches, cherries or blackcurrant – with sugar, water, modified starch and gellan gum.
May contain: cereals containing gluten, sesame. Store in a cool, dry and shaded place at 0 °C to +20 °C; shelf life unopened is 6 months (9 months for the cherry filling). Available in 12 kg packs in raspberry, strawberry, pineapple, blueberry, peach, cherry, apricot and blackcurrant.
