Description
GIL Stewed Diced Apple Filling is a fruit filling of stewed diced apple for bakery use.
Its main ingredients are apples, water, sugar and modified starch, with sodium metabisulphite (E 223) as antioxidant. Contains: sulphites. Store in a dark, closed warehouse at 5–25 °C and approximately 75 % humidity; shelf life is 6 months. Thick, semi-liquid and gelled with a sweet and sour taste, it is supplied in a 12 kg bucket protected with barrier film.
