Starlight Pastry Flour from Carr's Maldon Mill is a pastry flour for bakery use, made from wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid and thiamine, plus maize flour.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and kosher. Store in ambient, dry conditions away from odorous materials; shelf life unopened is 12 months from the day of packing, and it is sold in a 16 kg bag.
