Domson Plain Flour is a wheat flour for general bakery use, made from wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid and thiamin, and milled in the UK.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool, dry, hygienic conditions, with a maximum unopened shelf life of 12 months, and supplied in a 16 kg bag.
