Gluten Free White Bread Flour is a bread flour from our Speciality & Alternative Flours range, made in the UK from a flour blend of rice, tapioca and potato with xanthan gum as thickener.
It provides 5.3 g protein and 0.9 g fat per 100 g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, halal and kosher. Roll down the top after use and store in a cool dry place at a recommended 10–25 °C; shelf life unopened is 9 months; supplied as a 16 kg bag.
