Doves Farm Foods Wholemeal Spelt Flour is a speciality flour for bakery use, milled in the UK from a single ingredient, spelt wheat of EU and non-EU origin.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and for halal and kosher diets. Roll down the top after use and store in a cool, dry place at 10 to 25 °C; unopened shelf life is 9 months, and it is supplied in a 25 kg bag.
