Stone-ground from certified organic whole barley, this Doves Farm flour has a creamy colour and a naturally rich, nutty flavour.
It is best blended with wheat flour (typically up to 30%) to add character and fibre to rustic breads, digestive biscuits, and wholesome muffins. Soil Association and Kosher certified. Supplied in a 25 kg sack. Allergen: contains gluten (barley).
