It contains 82.0 g fat and 2.5 g salt per 100 g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal and kosher. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours; shelf life unopened is 5 months total, minimum 4 months upon receipt; supplied as a 12.5 kg pack.
