Kruszwica Puff Pastry Margarine 80 % is a margarine for bakeries to use in puff pastry.
It is made from palm-based vegetable fats, water and rapeseed oil with emulsifiers, 0.5 % salt, a tocopherol-rich antioxidant and carotene colour, with a fat content of 80 g per 100 g. Unopened shelf life is 150 days; sold in 10 kg units.
