Unsalted Cake Margarine is a vegetable-oil margarine made for cake batters, listed in our Margarines range.
It is made from palm and rapeseed oils with water, emulsifier (E471), flavouring and the colourings annatto bixin and curcumin, with 0.0 g salt per 100 g. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal and kosher. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours; shelf life unopened is 5 months total, minimum 4 months on receipt; supplied as a 12.5 kg pack.
