Description
Puratos Tigris SG 2% Bread Improver is a bread improver based on fortified wheat flour and dextrose with emulsifier E472e, flour treatment agent E300 and rapeseed oil, for use in bread doughs.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry ambient area below 25 °C and under 50 % relative humidity; shelf life is 9 months from date of manufacture, and it is supplied in a 16 kg bag.
