Zeelandia Gamma GP is a bread improver based on wheat flour, with rapeseed oil, flour treatment agent E300 and a wheat-derived enzyme; the wheat flour comes from France and Germany.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, lupin, milk, sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry; shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture in unopened packaging. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
