Ireks 100% Rye Bread Mix is a bread mix for producing rye breads, supplied in a 25 kg bag.
It is made from rye flour, salt, rye malt flour and dried rye sourdough (rye flour, starter culture) with lactic acid, and originates from Germany. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, lupin, milk, soya. Store unopened bags in a dry, cool place; shelf life unopened is 9 months.
