Allied Mills Patent Pizza Flour is a strong bread flour for pizza, made from wheat flour (with calcium, niacin, iron, folic acid and thiamin) and flour treatment agents ascorbic acid (E300) and alpha-amylase.
The wheat flour is sourced from the UK and Canada, and the flour provides 13.3 g of protein per 100 g. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store cool and dry, with an unopened shelf life of 365 days, sold as a 16 kg pack.
