Puratos Easy Baguette SG is a bread and roll mix for baguettes, made with wheat flour, salt, dextrose, dry rye sourdough and barley malt flour, and is a product of the UK.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and halal. Store ambient in a cool, dry area below 25 °C and under 50 % RH, away from any infestation; shelf life unopened is 9 months from date of manufacture, and it is supplied as a 15 kg bag.
