Domson WR Flour from ADM is a strong bread flour made from wheat flour with added calcium carbonate, niacin, iron and thiamin, milled in the UK from a blend of wheats sourced from one or more countries including the UK, Germany, France, the USA and Canada.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in cool, dry, hygienic conditions, with a maximum unopened shelf life of 12 months; supplied in a 16 kg bag.
