The wheat is a blend from one or more of the UK, Germany, France, USA, Canada, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in cool, dry, hygienic conditions, up to 12 months unopened, in a 16 kg bag.
