Description
Puratos Sapore Softgrain 5 Grain is a soft grain blend for bread and roll production, made in Poland from pasteurised rye sourdough with rye grains, sunflower seed, brown and yellow linseed, wheat grains, spelt grains and salt.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; halal. Store in a dry place (max 65 % RH) between 5 and 25 °C, protected from sunlight, frost and water condensation, and close the packaging after use; unopened shelf life 8 months; supplied in a 5 kg box.
