Vinc Far Tradifrance French Bread Flour T65 is a traditional French bread flour from the Strong Bread Flours range, made from wheat flour with added wheat gluten, malted wheat flour and fungal alpha-amylase.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: mustard, soya. Store in a cool (below 20 °C), dry place away from light and close opened bags tightly; shelf life unopened is 6 months. It is sold in a 25 kg pack.
