Backaldrin Home Rye Bread Mix is a bread and roll mix based on partially roasted rye flour with salt, malted rye flour and citric acid.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, sesame, soya. Store in a dry place at room temperature, protected from direct sunlight and heat, and close the packaging after use; shelf life unopened is 12 months. It is sold in a 20 kg bag.
