Edible velvet-effect cocoa butter spray in yellow, 250 ml aerosol can (Via delle Arti Velly Spray).
Creates a fine matte 'suede' or velvet finish on chilled chocolate, mousse and entremets cakes. Apply from 20–30 cm onto a surface frozen to at least –15°C for best results. Ideal for professional finishing of petit fours, bombes and modern entremets.
