A cocoa-butter-based aerosol spray that creates a fine matte velvet or suede effect on chilled and frozen confectionery surfaces.
Ideal for entremets, mousse cakes, chocolate showpieces and dessert plating. Apply from 20–30 cm onto a frozen surface. Available in a range of colours. 400 ml per can. Gluten free.
