Polmarkus edible velvet spray in a 400 ml can, for giving confectionery a velvet finish.
Country of origin is Italy; the Red spray is based on cocoa butter with colours E129 and E120. May contain: milk, soya, sulphites. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50 °C; unopened shelf life is 24 months, and it is sold in Red or Green.
