Description

Silver edible glitter spray, an aerosol for adding a silver glitter finish to cakes and confectionery.

The ingredients are ethanol, colouring E172 and propellants E943a, E943b and E944, and the spray is manufactured in the EU. It is used to decorate chocolate, sugar-based products and almond pastry, with a recommended setting time of 1 hour before consumption. May contain: milk, soya, sulphites. Keep away from sources of ignition, protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C; the spray is sold in 100 ml units.
