Zentis Quince Flavoured Filling is a fruit filling for bakery use, made with 40 % fruit (20 % apples and 20 % quince juice from concentrate), water and sugar, thickened with modified corn starch and preserved with potassium sorbate.
Store at 0–15 °C; shelf life is 182 days from the date of production in the original unopened packaging. Sold in 10 kg units.
