Piri Piri Sauce is a savoury filling and sauce for bakery use, made with tomato purée (56 %), vinegar, dried onion and garlic, a blend of herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, marjoram, rosemary and sage) and chilli and black pepper.
Store at 1 – 25 °C; shelf life unopened is 6 months. Sold in a 5 kg pack.
