Description
Reypol Mushroom Filling is a savoury filling for pastries, pies and other baked goods.
It is made with 60 % blanched champignons (equivalent to 75 % fresh champignons) with onion, rapeseed oil and salt, and is a product of Poland. Store in a dark, dry place at 0 °C to 10 °C and humidity up to 75 %; unopened shelf life is 3 months from the production date, and it is sold in a 5 kg pack.
